Like many Black people, I am trying to leave the United States because people are in a rage that a Black woman wanted to be president. My only conclusion about all this anger is that people thought she said, “Well, he did it, so I wanna do it, too!” Beneficiaries and sycophants rarely process that such a mindset would be unbelievably simplistic, and I am already annoyed with her for doing a book tour knowing how dangerous this country is. Unfortunately, I also see how difficult it is to leave the country because of my professional stagnation despite extensive education. Looking at how other nations are functioning, I see that many are trying to recreate the dominant narrative from the current empire, and I do not see that as a net gain for any country. We can all see that the empire needs to decline and die, and resurrection prevents the desperately needed accountability for this nation’s sins.
Most of the job openings are for industrial tradespeople, medical practitioners, and techies–basically the three kinds of people who were responsible for the self-destruction of the United States. Industry is highly polluting, and people recruiting imperial workers know that there are very few individuals thinking innovatively about the long term. Jobs have been simplified to the point of numbness, so there would be a small possibility that people working them have had the opportunity to think outside their survival mode, especially being constantly harassed with automation. Clouds of smoke are clouds of smoke, no matter what language is spoken through it. Medical practitioners have been conditioned within a toxic system, so while they can pay attention and innovate, bringing their baseline to another system means bringing some of the toxic conditioning. Techies are the bigots who initialized the imperial collapse, so unless people are trying to crash their own government, these are not top candidate for migration.
Missing among the many job openings are community engagement specialists, who would be working with the imperial migrants in other countries. Instead, the mindset seems to be that if one can get into another country, they “deserve” to be there and should never be trained to associate as a local. Only imperial money communicates with locals, which means that the rich creeps here become rich creeps there, and local communities are already navigating the devastation of people who cannot think beyond their own upbringing. Furthermore, half the teaching jobs available involve teaching language, not new ideas, nor an accurate history of the empire so that people can deprogram the brainwashing. Recreating the United States in another language seems to be the goal of all the immigration demands from other countries, and it is not clear how the planet will be able to survive many more Pick Me country behavior.
