Reminder to Rest

So many ideas will enter the mind, especially when working jobs that require minimal mental effort. We all get caught up in the lack of mental effort, and forget that physical movement and emotional labor are also work. This is a reminder to rest and respect the energy it takes to grind in the empire. “Winning” is not a healthy goal when the only expectation is control.
