No deep worries, just a cold, but if I learned one thing from working myself into the ground, it is that attempting to “push through” when my body is telling me to rest will not work. I have worked myself through pain and sickness, and all it ever did was cause the ailments to last longer, so at the ripe old age of 45, I am listening and resting. The empire calls that pathetic, but then again, the empire is run by corrupt pedophiles who hate everyone, even themselves. Those are not authorities on good lives, and I will not abide by their rules.
If anyone else is sick, in pain, and/or exhausted, there is no glory for working until one collapses. First, that generally leads to more medical bills, and who needs to pay for that with our zero dollars/hour salaries? Secondly, the bosses will replace us just to remind us that they hate us. During the 2020 lockdowns, the air cleared, truths were revealed, and we were so desperate to “return to normal” that we forgot. Please remember the reality of what it means not to sacrifice for a system that hates. Be better than than, and use the time to consider a different kind of life not devoted to the empire.
