Everything’s Starting to Fail

It is one thing to keep telling everyone that we will all have the money to do everything we have always done, but it is quite another thing to keep doing it. Moreover, it is one thing to tell people that everything will always work out, but it is another to see methodologies actively failing on a regular basis. Everyone is now seeing how a dominant narrative built on lies and violence eventually has a due date, and we are witnessing this part of history. Briefly put, everything is starting to fail.

Companies are still hoping that everyone has some hidden money that we have been saving away, despite their best efforts. Some people have miraculously managed to get out of debt regardless of the high cost of everything around us. Therefore, some companies have been trying to force credit cards onto people who are unwilling to go into debt, and they are randomly beginning to send out credit cards. Unfortunately, all anyone can do is hope that we catch this foolishness in time and that no one steals our identity. Forcing people into debt is uncalled for, and makes people even more vulnerable.

Surprise, surprise, people are cancelling subscriptions, even the ones that were paid one fee for one year, and companies are not happy about it. In response, some services are making their systems untenable without a paid subscription. What all these idiots forgot was that switching to AI and laying everyone off took away the money we had to pay for these types of system. Telling people to pay for subscriptions when we lack the funds is trying to punish the working class for management’s lack of foresight.

Of course, advertising is everywhere and people cannot avoid them at any cost. While I applaud some industries for keeping people employed, selling to broke people is a losing game. It makes no sense that companies are laying off masses, and still spending money on excessive advertising when market research should have told folks about household income.

Everyone tried to warn these privileged fools, but they refused to listen, and this is the sound of the economy tanking into the ground. The days of “just figure it out” are gone, and people are doing what we can, and not much more. Maybe if the billionaires got over themselves and shared, things would be less dire, but here we are.
